Responsibility for data processing lies with the legal entity operating under Digital Hun, acting as a personal data controller, namely PURE DIGITAL SRL.

What Personal Data Do We Process?

In order to fulfill the processing purposes defined below, we process both personal data provided directly by the client at the time of submitting a request, as well as other personal data provided by third parties and data generated by us based on such processing. These data generally fall into the following categories:

Identification data: first name, last name, gender, personal identification number (CNP), identity document series and number, date and place of birth, citizenship, nationality, etc.

Contact data: home/mailing address, email address, landline phone number, mobile phone number, etc.

If we have entered into a contract with you, we comply with legal data retention obligations as follows:

For anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations, data are stored for 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship.
Personal data included in accounting documents are stored in the archives of PURE DIGITAL SRL for 10 yearsfrom the end of the financial year, in accordance with Accounting Law provisions.
For the defense or exercise of our legal rights, data will be stored in accordance with applicable limitation periods.

Your Rights Regarding Personal Data Protection

The purpose of data collection includes: informing users/customers about their account status on digitalhunt.co, order status updates, evaluation of products and services, commercial activities, promotion, marketing, advertising, media, administration, development, market research, statistics, sales monitoring, and consumer behavior analysis.

By completing your data in the account creation and/or order form, you declare that you unconditionally accept the inclusion of your personal data in the Digital Hunt database and expressly consent to their storage, use, and processing, without territorial or temporal limitation, by Digital Hunt, its affiliates, and partners for the activities listed above.

You also expressly consent to the transfer of your personal data to affiliates or other entities in Romania or abroad. By reading these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you are guaranteed the rights provided by law, including the right to information, access, rectification, objection, and legal recourse.

digitalhunt.co may notify users/customers about current offers via newsletter and may send greetings, gift vouchers, or special messages. Any user who has explicitly provided their email address may request its deletion from our database.

Digital Hun may provide personal data to partner companies only under confidentiality agreements ensuring data security and legal compliance, such as marketing service providers, couriers, payment/banking services, telemarketing services, insurers, or joint promotional partners.
