Responsibility for data processing lies with the legal entity operating under Digital Hun, acting as a personal data controller, namely PURE DIGITAL SRL.
What Personal Data Do We Process?
In order to fulfill the processing purposes defined below, we process both personal data provided directly by the client at the time of submitting a request, as well as other personal data provided by third parties and data generated by us based on such processing. These data generally fall into the following categories:
Identification data: first name, last name, gender, personal identification number (CNP), identity document series and number, date and place of birth, citizenship, nationality, etc.
Contact data: home/mailing address, email address, landline phone number, mobile phone number, etc.

Personal data included in accounting documents are stored in the archives of PURE DIGITAL SRL for 10 yearsfrom the end of the financial year, in accordance with Accounting Law provisions.
